Whenever the temperature is below 30 degrees the windshield washer pumps don't work. Front or back. However, when the temperature warms up they work just fine. It's not an issue of there not being enough washer fluid. I've been told before dirt is the problem, but that wouldn't make any sense to why they work when it's 34 degrees out.

Does your direction work ok? I have seen that if you reset the compass then this will correct the temp problem. If not you can try disconnecting the battery for approx a min and this should reboot the system. If this don't work let me know and I can try to how you fine the fault.
Cheers

The Po741 sounds like a leak at the seal to the convertor clutch. Need R&R to inspect. The fact the warm fluid makes it happen is a clue. The front washer has a seperate fuse and switch. If the fuse is good try switch in different wiper modes while pressing real hard. If it works the multi function switch needs replacement.

there is another small relay box just below the windshield washer reservoir about 11/2" wide x about 4" long the washer pump relay is in there

If you have used ANYTHING beside windshield solvent in you reservor, you may have created WAXING from soap in the bottom of washer tank, which clogs pump, lines, and nozzel....take the tank out and wash it..disconnect washer hoses at nozzel and clear with compressed air along with the nozzel...if you use solvent only you may have a worn washer pump or restriction...check those and good luck.....
