The main fuse box for your CTS is located under the hood. This video shows where to locate it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9-OcTxt-Cw and this site shows the diagram with the fuses and relays https://automobilediagram.com/cadillac-cts-2008-2013-engine-compartment-fuse-diagram-cts-coupe-and-sedan we hope this info helps!

The Location of the oil filter depends on which engine you have in your CTS. the 3.2 engine the oil filter is located on the bottom of the engine to the left of the oil pan. It is not a screw on type filter it is a canister filter. You will have to unscrew the lid to gain access to the oil filter. On the 3.6 Engine the oil filter is also a canister filter but it is located on the top side of the engine. On the drivers side around the center of the engine cover. It will take a 15/16 socket to remove the lid.

SOURCE: My brake lights went out
If all the brake light went out at the same time, then i would look at the brake switch. this is located along the brake pedal somewhere. remove it and play with it and see if will get them going again. if you do get the lights to start working, replace the switch. good luck.

If it is in the fuse box it should be labeled PCM. If it isn't there it may be in a wiring harness under the hood.
