1999 Mercedes E430. Sometimes it will start, sometime it just cranks and won't start. Leave it alone and next time it may start. On the information bar it will start listing oil change, service needed, etc. Can be driving it and hit a bump and blower motor will stop. Other times, it's great. Any ideas?
The crankshaft position sensors tend to fail. Symptoms of this are: The engine will crank—but not start—especially when the engine is warm. The car may start again if it is left to cool off, but it may run roughly or have poor performance. Communicating these specific symptoms to your technician can save diagnostic time.
Changed the crank sensor. Thanks for the help I didn't get.
