You have a hub/wheel bearing going out. You need to jack up the vehicle on each side. Grab the top and bottom of the wheel and try to move it in/out at the top and bottom. If this does not work then roll the wheel as fast as you can and see if you can hear which one it is. Good Luck.

It is making a humming noise

Does it change with vehicle speed or engine rpm?
vehicle speed: check wheel bearings lift vehicle and support it with jack stands grab the wheel at the 12 and 6 o'clock positions( to rule out steering linkage play) and wiggle in and out. A bad bearing that loud will have some play.

Front end makes loud noise while driving over 10mph and gets louder and hums down when i stop

It sounds like you may have a wheel bearing/ hub assembly starting to go bad...You can check this by jacking up the front end and checking for slight play in each wheel when you try to move tire in a side to side, and up and down motion basically But you just want to use a wiggle motion...you should be able to feel a bit of excessive play in the side which is going bad...One side will be tight with no play, and the other will have some play if the wheel bearing hub assembly is going bad...

2001 dodge durango 4 wheel drive not working loud knocking

You need to check the cv joints in the front end or the u joints in the front drive shaft. If none of the above then the problem is internal in the front diff.

Loud humming noise from drivers side front end changed hub assembly still have noise ????????????????

humming noise usually comes from wheel bearings. did you change that with a new bearing? also choppy or worn tires can cause humming noise that sounds like bad wheel bearings. rotate your tires and see if the noise changes. if so its tires. also even if it sounds like its from the right it could very well be a bad bearing in another location.

When driving at low speeds and turning

COULD BE THE WHEEL BEARING WORN. JACK THE WHEEL UP AND MOVE FROM SIDE TO SIDE LOOKING FOR EXCESSIVE PLAY AND SPIN THE WHEEL CHECKING FOR ROUGHNESS OR TIGHTNESS IF YOU HAVE THIS ITS THE WHEEL BEARING.....IF IT IS MORE LIKE A CLICKING OR KNOCKING NOISE WHEN DRIVING IT WILL BE A CV JOINT.TO TEST, DRIVE AT SLOW SPEED ON FULL LOCK AND YOU WILL HEAR IT.....IF THE SOUND IS COMING FROM THE ENGINE IT WILL BE ONE OF THE PULLEYS,(TENSIONER OR WATER PUMP) BUT IF IT IS THAT, YOU SHOULD STILL HEAR THE NOISE WHEN YOUR STOPPED (REV THE ENGINE A LITTLE) AND IF THERE IS NO NOISE ITS NOT COMING FROM YOUR ENGINE THEN......HOPE I WAS OF SOME HELP TO YOU..HAVE A NICE DAY.!!!!
