first thing: I didn't see a fuse labeled headlight, Second: only the drivers side low beam doesn't function, bright beam works fine. Does the pcm have anything to do with the headlight power ?

UNDER THE HOOD ON THE DRIVERS' SIDE YOU WILL SEE THE FUSE BOX. LOOK FOR THE FUSE DIAGRAM UNDER THE FUSEBOX COVER, TO LOCATE THE FUSE FOR THE HEADLIGHTS. SHOULD BE A 10 AMP FUSE. CHANGE IT WILL A GOOD ONE, AND LET IT SHINE. HOPE THIS HELPS. KEEP ME POSTED. THANK YOU FOR AN HONEST RATING AND FOR USING FIX-YA. GOOD LUCK

PCM HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LOW-BEAM, SORRY. LET'S HOPE THE PCM IS LIMITED TO WHAT IT CAN CONTROL. IF THERE IS NO FUSE FOR THE LOW-BEAM SIDE OF THE BULB, THEN REPLACE THE BULB TO RESTORE LOW-BEAM OPERATION. THANKS FOR THE RATING AND FOR USING FIX-YA. WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS.GOOD LUCK

VERY CURIOUS TO KNOW IF THE BULB ITSELF WAS AT FAULT. KEEP ME POSTED PLEASE. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA, AND FOR THE HONEST RATING. GOOD LUCK

Low Beam Drivers Side doesn't work ... low voltage,

Power for the headlights on the Left side (High and low beam.) comes from the same fuse... The ORANGE wire and the ORANGE/BLACK are the same, they connect in the harness. If you only lack the 12v to make the light work connect them at the headlight assembly.

If your low beam also lacks ground the Left low beam ground is shared with the right low beam ground... Run a wire from left low beam DARK BLUE to right low beam DARK BLUE/WHITE.

If its not working now then your cursed, seek a witch doctor.

My passenger side low beam headlight is out. the driver side low beam headlight works fine. I replaced the bulb and the headlight still doesn't work. What should I look at next?

Check the fuse. There are seperate fuses for right and left. You dont mention if the high beam works for that side? If it does, the fuse is good. The GREEN wire at the bulb is the ground for the low beam. If that wire has power, then the ground is bad. If the high beam works, the hi'lo beam switch is good, and there is a problem between that headlight and the Engine Compartment Junction Block
