1: if engine not hot 180F there will be no cab heater.
2: fan must blow, it seems it does.
3: the mode switch must be in heat and the lever to max heat.
4: heater valve bad or clogged.
5: heater core insides clogged, (no coolant service every 2yr)
6: outside of heater core packed in leaves or pin needles.
7: dampers set wrong. in heater box.
8: controller of damages , bad.

Check the fuse for your blower motor if it is OK the Blower Motor may be bad or you may have a loose wire to or from the it have it checked if fuse is good
