Hearing noises from the driver side front and rear wheels

Disc or caliper? Age and miles on brakes? Front brakes do 70% of stopping power. Obviously, disc or drum is rubbing.If disc, probably need to replace caliper.

It could be several things ....
Wheel bearings - jack the front driver side up. First ... just rotate the wheel ... you should hear NOTHING. Any noise menas there is probably a wheel bearing/hub issue. Now take hold of the tire in the 9am and 3pm positions. Try to push/pull from side to side ... if there is any "play" in the wheel the bearings are going.
Brake line interference - a lot of brake lines have a plastic sheath in the wheel well area ... check to see that the line/plastic sheath shows no wear when you have the wheel off...that might cause the issue.
Steering linkage - even though the upper control arms were recently replaced look at all the ball joints and grab hold of them and see if there is any play/movement.
Repeat on the passenger side..

This happens often on Fieros. It turns out that the clamp that holds the brake hose rusts. The rust presses against the hose, restricting it's flow. You don't notice when the brakes are worn and basically not working, but after repairs you get locked up or overheated brakes. Remove or replace clamp and or hose.

Remove the wheel and turn it by hand to see if there are not anything catching on the rotor. There are lose clips and sometimes do not fit properly. If it is a front wheel drive check your cv joint.

Ask the brake mechanic about the noise.

On front wheel drive models, the rear hub bearing is an assembly that bolts to the spindle.
Not sure about AllWheelDrive models.

First if breaks aren't dragging and you had pads replaced, and rotors turned or replaced. Jack up the front and check the wheel bearings by pushing in on the top of the wheel and pushing in on the bottom in a jerking motion. You should feel any movement or hear any clunking. Also check the inside of the rim for signs of rubbing just encase.

Second check vacuum lines from trans to engine. Along with the fluid levels.

Third check your back tires and the rims for build up, if no signs of bad tires, or build up in the rims. You'll need to check your U-Joints.

Take the wheel off and check the brake pads, they are probably worn down, and the metal backing on the disc brake pad is rubbing against the rotor.If that is the case, the rotor will need to be replaced, or turned down if it isn't too bad.

If its the front wheel it could be broken brake line or caliper seal.
If its the rear wheel it is a wheel cyclinder or a brake line.
this car should be towed to a professional repair.

First check the brakes on that side. You may be hearing the warning rivets on the brake lining. If it's good, You need to remove the axle and go to the machine shop and have a new bearing pressed on. The machine shop should only charge you about $20.00 to do this.
