1997 dodge ram club van wont start when little green light is on
The little green light is probably the engine immobiliser. My car has a red flashing light and when the key is placed in the ignition lock the light goes out.

1/2 ton drums just slide off after the wheels have been remove. you might have to hit the drum with a hammer on the inner side by the backing plate because they wear a grove after a while making them hard to remove.

What is the condition of the starter ? Is this an engine hard to turn over problem when hot ? If so, the starter might be grounding out, this happens only when the casing is hot.

Possibly intake heater problem....Check to make sure heater has power and ground when key is first turned on.
