Its normal for your windows to fog in rainy weather. If you defroster won't clear it up, then your heater core is leaking, which will just make more moisture on your windows due to the steam. Feel around the passenger side floorboard and see if its wet, and check your coolent lvl to see if its starting to get low.. odd tho, usually you will smell the sweet smell of antifreeze, but maybe its just starting to leak and its not really pouring out YET.. Warning, as time goes by, leak will get worse.

u will have to remove door panel and then the window motor to raise manually, then of course with all that apart u might as well replace the defective motor, which I am sure is the problem.

Try checking the fuses and circuit breakers for the power windows first, if there good then it could be the the rear window lockout switch, check for continuity in the unlocked position. If it does'nt have continuity replce the switch.

Your motor is weak or has a bad connection. You will have to remove the interior panel on the door to access it and check things out.
