Hey everyone with this problem! Theres a fuse under the hood in the front of the fuse box. Its black and its not in the bow itself but under the cover though! two nuts hold it in place where your cable line comes in from the battery. The fuse costs $15.00 avg. most anyplace! Easy to change and everything will work inside your vehicle! Without it the vehicle will start and run but you will have no functions on the interior, or dash!

if this happens while the defrost of ac is turned on, it could be a seized ac compressor which will cause the serpentine belt to squeal and drag making the engine sometimes stall. if it happens with the ac off and the selector on say the floor, or dash vents, the issue could be a bad alternator and battery. this is confirmed when the blower motor engages and the lights dim and then the truck goes dead.
