Most often this is due to a loose armrest mounting bolt or worn limit washer, unzip the cover and tighten the arm rest first, it is most likely a T45 Torx female bolt head AKA star drive.
To the passenger side of each rear head rest is a small line/mark (about 1cm long). Take your allen key from the document wallet (or a piece of coat hanger about 30cm long with a 2cm length at right angles, ie an L shape).
Insert this straight down along the mark. Move it around until you get it into a small hole where you will feel a springy resistance.
While depressing the spring fully, get a friend to depress the headrest fully. Doing this on your own may be possible if the roof is down, but unlikely if it triggered with the roof up.
Release the spring and the headrest should be back in position.
Use the lower left button on the steering wheel until you see "Setting can be changed etc....." then press UP arrow. The display should read something like "Vehicle, Lighting, Instruments" etc....use the + / - keys on the right to scroll through to "set time" and confirm. The rest is obvious, but when you have the time set you need to press "R" which is the little button used to reset the mileage to zero after refuelling.
Most head rests that can be moved up or down, have a button where the rod enters the top of the seat. By pushing the button and holding it while you move the head rest upward, when you pull it all the way up, it should come out. Jim Hart
