Should be up under the front bumper cover by the fog lights. Remove the front bumper skin to replace. Check youtube for videos of how to remove or a service manual. Requires removal of the headlights, under splash guard among other things.

Should be clear that the problem is in the steering column horn mechanism, but to fix it you will need to remove the air bag.. Are you competent to do that safely?

Horn not working

The problem is likely the rotating coiled ribbon contact under the steering wheel called the "Clock Spring" Always disarm the Airbag system before starting any work on the system.

Touran horn not working changed both but still no joy

A horn circuit first must have power so check your fuse. Then it goes through the horn switch (on the steering column) then through the horn relay and then to the horn itself.

If you changed the horns did you check to find out IF the horns were getting DC voltage to them first? If you don't, then it is either the switch or the relay.

Need to know the Locatons for Vaccum hoses I have

Easiest way to find a vacume leak is to get some soapy water in a spray bottle and when engine is running look for any appearing bubbles that would signal a leak. All vacume hoses are simular in looks black rubber ranging in size from pencil to thunb in diameter. Vacume leaks are time consuming to repair and occasionally frustrating just be patient and listen with your ears.
A diagram will be in a haynes or chilton book for your year make and model you can get this at almost any auto parts store.

Have a 2001 chevy cavalier, the horn does not work, i need to a fuse diagram to change the fuse as the manual is missing these pages..

Check ALL the fuses with a 12 volt test light.
Change all that are burnt.
Also.....check the wire going to the horn (at the horn) with your 12volt test light if the fuses are good.Have someone push the horn button.
It might be the horn or horn relay that is defective.....not just the fuse.
I replace more horns than fuses.
