Well never herd of a (lambada) sensor. if the vehicle is not running rough I find it hard to believe it is the coils. but the map sensor could be the culprit.i would get a second opinion

I have 2003 trailblazer its idling low and misfire check engine light flashing had it scaned it was map censor and cy 2 misfire ok we put new map censor and new coil pack on 2 it ran great for like 10 min...

You need to figure out what's causing the miss first. If the code was 302 or 303 the cylinder is not producing power, but the reason is a mystery. It could be ignition, the injector, or a compression problem. Since the cylinder problem changed, I doubt its compression.
The code for the map sensor could be something other than the sensor too.

Nissan Primera 1.8 V reg. EML on perm and flashes especially on start up, wont exceed 4k revs, is very jumpy in 1/2/3 rd gear, hills very slow.. 40-50 at best, sparks replaced and coil pack changed......

The codes need to be read. This will point you in the right direction. But just guessing , it sounds like a throttle position sensor. But there are other sensors that could do this. Again have the codes read. Most parts stores do this for free.

did you replace only one spark plug? that can cause issues because of differences in resistances between cylinders. also, did the map code stay off after replacing

MY JEEP WONT RUN

ty unplugging your MAP sensor then starting it, if that don't work plug the MAP sensor back in and try to start it. another thing to check is your cam sensor as your crank and cam sensors have to work in time with each other.
