Window on 2002 Chevy suburban not working replaced the window regulator and motor and tried a new switch all other windows work

check the fuse/relay. if it is neither of these check the switch with a multimeter. If you can hear the motor trying to move the glass when you try the switch it may be the regulator needs attention. It may be the motor needs to be replaced.

check fuse and relay along with the switch first then the regulator and motor afterwards. Replacing the small electronics is obviously easier than having to open up the tailgate to check the mechanics of the winedow.

POWER WINDOWS NOT WORKING & POWER WINDOW/REGULATOR ISSUES

It can be issue with motor itself. If it's not going up, then how its working down. But still it feels like weak window motor or is issue with power window switch. Get the voltage tested at switch and motor. Also try another working window motor at not working window side.

You have to remove the inner door panel to
access the window regulator

You remove the regulator & then the motor from it

You Tube Video will provide a visual of several
similar window motor replacement jobs

Go there-- enter your car,question ,details,etc--- then move
around the site to watch various things

It can be issue with motor itself.If its not going up,then how its working down.But still it feels like weak window motor or is issue with power window switch.Get the voltage tested at switch and motor.Also try another working window motor at not working window side.

It sounds like you need a window motor. If you can move the window by hand without using the switch there is a regulator problem. Be sure to check and make sure it's ok and the cable is tight when you have the door apart. If you have any doubts replace the regulator with the motor.

wen u say clicking that could mean that ur window motor is operating on command,therefore tellin us that ur regulator assembly has probably gone bad. very common fault... wen removing ur door panel an inspecting look for small steel cables layn around an mayb moving slightly wen pushing switch window switch.these regulators r easy to replace evrything hooked to it unbolts an bolts back on.... good luck hope this was helpful

every thing is hard for first time.just like replace DVD player in the computer, if you know how to open it.
most time only need the window motor.
but first at all using straight wire from battery to window motor make sure it is bad.

Check the power window fuse and power window regulator.

Try the fuse. The switch may be faulty so check by removing the inner door panel and connecting a 12v battery via two wires to the motor that winds the window up and down. If it goes up and down it's probably the switch which may just need a clean on the terminals.

Hi there,
Try replacing the button that you push up and down. It could be bad under it and not making the connection. Maybe take the panel off and take the switch off, then clean the connecters under the button. Maybe that will do it. Also, you probably already ckeched this, but is the window off track?
