In my car Vauxhall zafira this cod comes up which is u2100c and can u please tell me how to fix the problem , I change the car key battery . still the light is there.

Your code 21 is just telling you that your left sidelight is out. The shaking and juddering is a different issue and needs a pro grade scan tool computer to see which sensor needs replacing.

Regardless of whether it is a ghost code or not there is clearly a fault with the car - a Corsa 1.4 diesel should use much less fuel and there has to be a problem as even a maniac driver should be unable to drag the consumption down to those figures if everything was in good order - my friend's old C8 does 44 mpg and a customer's ancient 106 diesel still returns over 60 mpg, more on long runs.
Another clue is the juddering - a car with no faults doesn't judder.
I think the Vauxhall dealer has given you easy answer number one hoping you will go away and save them spending hours they would be unable to charge for. Much of my time spent as a repairer, including in a Vauxhall dealership, has been spent driving countless miles waiting for elusive symptoms to happen - this is the level of service a customer of a dealership has a right to expect...
I suggest you try again after contacting Vauxhall customer service or try another dealer. Jumping up and down, waving your arms and shouting a lot could be justified...
