Cold AC but weak Airflow---Also Driver side not as cold as passenger
Weak airflow--blower is strong on high setting but little air volume. Driver side is not as cold as passenger side (pass side blows ice cold). If I turn on the rear AC blower it gets cold and blows fine but then the front has almost zero airflow. Freon is full--cooling line is cold. Blower and temp control work but lots of blower sound and little airflow. I've switched the inside/outside, defog, etc. to work the air doors and still the same.

Check that you have the selector set to blow out the vents and not the defroster or the vents by the footwells. Does it sound loud like it should be blowing strong or is it weak? The selector 'doors' under the dash work off of engine vacuum lines. If they won't 'select' when you change the knobs, there may be a vacuum line leaking. Also, make sure the blower motor is not all clogged up with leaves and debris.
It could be your blower motor. It is located on the bottom passenger side of the dash board under/behind the glove box. There is a cover you can remove and you can touch the blower motor. once you have the cover off start the car and turn the fan speed to high then try hitting the blower motor and see if you get air flow. if this works you need to replace the blower motor. If not you need a test light and start checking fuses and see if you have power to the motor.
theres a small narrow plastic line from engine compartment going through fire wall witch supplies the actuators it gets hard over time and breaks or cracks when that happens the defrost vent will stay on . when this happens not enough air vauum getting to vent units.
check the air vent of passenger side for any obstruction and secondly keep your thermostat full towards cold side make sure the ventilator is fully closed position and rotate the air selection knob clockwise and anti clock wise two three times than set it at the required position mainly your air selector seems to be malfunctioning there is nothing wrong with the ac
hello l..... Begin by replacing the air conditioner relay. That should solve the weak fan volume. If the AC still is not as cold as it should be get the AC system charged [add more refrigerant]. The charging requires special tools so most folks leave that to the pros at the garage. Joe
1st: make sure you have the fan up all the way, and you're A/C is on the MAX selection. If it's on Normal A/C it will blow lightly even with the fan up as far as it will go - however - if your heater blows strongly, but he A/C on MAX does not - you may need to replace the blower motor (usually installed on the passenger side, on the rear firewall, or under the dash on the passenger side (near heater core).
Also consider the fact that the engine has to work a little harder to operate the A/C pump, as it is having to cool the air faster (on normal); it is recommended that while driving, to run A/C on MAX as the A/C pump doesn't work as hard to cool the air - and does not use as much gas.
Please let me know if you need further assistance.
This is a blend door problem, this door diverts air either throgh the heater core or the AC accumulator core, it either provides hot, cold or a mixture or blend, this door is deep in the dash and in most cases the dash must be removed to service the little electric motor that operated the door.
Please check for any blockage and in the ac duct, IF the duct is clean you need to refill the AC gas and get it serviced as the AC thens to weak over the years ........................
Weak heater airflow on driver's side, air cool to cold rather than warm.
clean the evaporator core.
