2008 Buick Enclave CXL - when loading the Navigation System Map DVD I receive an error code that it is not able to read the disc. I've cleaned the disc. Any other suggestions?
Maybe the dvd lens broke. to be sure try it with a new dvd disc.

your best possible solution is to take it to the dealer they most like ly will have to download a programing patch to repair the problem.

On my '06 Navigator the navigation dvd goes in a slot on the console to the left of the passenger's feet. There's a removable panel.
On a side note... does anyone have a newer dvd for Canada? The one that came with my vehicle is compile for the Quebec (*gasp*) market and is outdated.
