Driver side lower ball joint broke and stretched the wiring to the brake disc assembly (Not the brake line). Since that jhappened, the parking lights and driver side low beam head light will not work. The bulbs are good and have been checked. The fuses are good and have been checked. The parking lights work when in emergency flasher mode. The left headlight works in the high beam position. Is there a specific "relay" that could be burned out? The car (after the ball joint incident) would not shift out of park in the "On" position - the problem was a blown fuse. All fuses and bulbs have been checked and found to be "good"
See for the head lamp relay fuse a few manufacturer install a typical fuses for seprately for relay so see weather the fuse are ok or not then see for wiring as far you mention that the wiring of right side went streached to the lower ball joint there is a possibality that wire's can break internally & may get shot circuited due to cross circuit & may cause this sort's of problem & if possible show it to highly experience person techanican, mechanic or an authorised dealer or service centre who can sortout you car problem untill then see you soon my friend

I'd look where the the other wiring broke. Probably has been some damage to the wiring harness going to head/park lights. May have even ripped some wires from housing.
fuse good,bulbs good,
Parking lights not working but brake lights work and front lights work and all of the fuses are good and no lights are blown
Upper left light on right side of vehicle was out. Husband took off the whole light case. Then he found the bulbs. Now it won't come out of park.
