Under the windshield lower than the wipers about 6 inches down ... one motor controls two wipers attached along rod like a sway lever connected to a motor like a miniture steering box almost ..any ways make sure you position them correctly there is a park position on wipers that tucks them low when you turn them off

most of the time the resistor is located downwind of the blower motor so it should be not to fao from the blower motor in the right rear of the van behind the quater trim panel which is the hvac unit is located
