MAKE SURE THAT THE REAR OXYGEN SENSOR IS PLUG IN, IF IT IS , MAKE SURE THAT NO WIRES ARE BROKEN, IF THEY ARE REPAIR WIRE, IF NOT REPLACE REAR OXYGEN SENSOR, RESET LIGHT. DONE
The DTC is for the cam position actuator sensor. That does not necessarily mean you need a new sensor but it may. Prices vary wildly depending on where you buy them, same with labor rates. The dealer will cost you over $100 per hour in some parts of the country, I do side work for $30 so you need to get a quote from someone localy.
Hard to say, but probably not major. Sounds like your transmission output shaft sensor. Can you have the car scanned for trouble codes? Many parts stores, such as autozone and advance will perform a free scan for you.
