check for power if no power, check wiring going through rubber boot between door and hinge post. You did check fuses, breakers and relays ?

Check the wiring harness between the "A" pillar and drivers door. The harness usually breaks there.

This is correct. Two of the wires between door and body frame, within the rubber boot, are of heavier guage and will break over time. Peel the rubber boot from door and frame to access. May have to add more wire to splice the originals back together. And don't just tie them and wrap them in electrical tape - use connectors.

I have a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. All of a sudden my power windows, passenger side mirror, and sunroof all stopped working. Also, I can only lock my drivers side door with the power lock switch...

All of these functions are controlled by a central electronic module referred to as the BCM (body control module), you must have the dealer scan this module and run it through an active test to see what is wrong, it may be a defective BCM causing this, but that needs to be programmed and is not a plug and play part.

1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo TSI, Passenger side windows do not work from master switch on drivers door. Both driver side windows work from master switch on drivers side. Passenger side windows do work...

It has to be the switch or the wiring, right? So pull out the switch and probe the back with a volt meter to see if power is coming out of the switch. If yes, trace the wires to the doors.

1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4 x 2, windows and door locks work on driver side, but not passenger side.

sounds like an open power or ground circuit on passenger side, since the door lock and the window, lost its functioning. Both switches would have to be bad at the same time, which is not probable, to be the fault. Unless there is a saftey lock out switch on the drivers panel, controling the passenger side door lock and window.
