SOURCE: where is the starter for a 2003 toyota corolla

Hi,
Standing in front of your Corolla with the hood open ,the starter is located right below the intake manifold(curvy tube like looking ) This is in the center of the engine.
A plastic water guard underneath the car prevents you from seeing the starter from below.
That water shield will need to be removed to access the starter.

Does anyone have a diagram of a starter relay location for a 2004 toyota corolla?

Not all starter circuits have a relay in the conventional sense. at 2004 your car could be fully digital, in which case the starter would probably be operated by a computer.

I strongly suggest you obtain a wiring diagram before you do anything...

I have a 1991 Toyota Corolla won't start only click sound, then after couple of minutes the car start right away and once you turn it off same thing happened, bought a new battery, cause i thought that was...

It is a starter problem. But before you get the starter repaired/replaced check also the ignition switch. quite possible that it may be defective.

Can't start my car

The starter is located partially underneath the engeine in the center rear , right about at the midpoint of the cylanders anout 6- 12 down , its mostly hidden be the engiene itself, but you can see it by leaning over the engiene and peering down the opening, an easier way would be looking at the cap for your oil going right about 6 inches and looking down, another problem I've had with my corolla which i thought was the starter ended up being the erosion of the terimnals on the battery cables, the positive terminal is attached to a fusebox, connect by a small terminal, which can erode, you can fix that issue by rigging the battery with a piece of metal to conduct and a replament terminal on the battery.
