Rear wiper stopped working on my 2000 1.6 Focus Zetec auto

The 2000 Ford Focus has the Zetec engine, I believe. On the Zetec, the camshaft timing using notches carved out of the REAR end of the camshafts. With the valve cover off, you would need a special tool(we use a metal piece similar to the shape and size of a measuring ruler we all used in k-12 school) to insert into both camshaft rear notches to line up the timing. Other than that just make sure the crank is lined up. Presto!

Note: There are 2 ways those notches can line up, there's "right side up" and "upside down" ... The special tool should ONLY fit into the notches when they are right side up. The thickness of the tool would need to be about 2-3mm(I think).

No, they are not on the same fuse. Windows are F56, 25 amp fuse, and Wipers are on fuse F55, 20 amp and maybe F43, 15 amp. If they went out at the same time, I would gently twist the Ingition Key when they dont work and if they come to life, you may need the Igntition Switch replaced.

there are no marks, special tools are needed when replacing the timing belt.

make sure the back window is all the way up then try the wiper, if it still does not work then it is a sensor for the rear window (about $30.00) if you installed it yourself

You  probably have a frayed wire touching something metal (short to ground) check your wiring, check your grounds.

any auto parts store sells a chiltons manual on your ford focus!!! i think they are around $12 dollars it will explain step by step instructions..........................

just un plug it from the motor for now ,sounds like the auto park connections have a fault

coil pack or leads breaking down

Does anything wierd happen like lights lighting dimly when you open the door?
