There are to many things that can cause your blazer from idling.
Go to Auto Zone or Parts Source and they can scan your blazers computer. There should be a DTC code which should make you understand why your having the problem.
I believe they both scan for free and may have the parts you need to replace and give you the how to do it your self instruction for the repair:
Good luck and hope this helps, here are some codes that control ther idle speed of your engine. It's the air idle control valve that may have gone bad or it just may be a dirty or stuck EGR valve. The scan should let you know.

P1505 Idle Air Control At Adaptive Clip

P1506 Idle Air Control System Over speed Error

P1507 Idle Air Control System Under speed Error

P1508 Idle Air Control (IAC) System - Low RPM

2002 dodge ram 1500 convent van keeps sputtering out like its not getting fuel, just put in new fuel pump and still doing it

What is litre size of engine? If you suspect a fuel issue, the first thing, you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure, before you replace anything. How long since overall tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?
Does the vehicle stall at idle or going down the highway? If it stalls at idle, check and clean throttle body and idle air system, see if it helps.
If it stalls going down the highway, I usually check for a blockage of some kind, fuel or exhaust?
If you lose cam or crank sensor it will kill it. You need to do some testing in order to narrow it down. Don't replace everything.

1999 toyota solara 4-cyl, it recently started to cut off

it may be anything from a vacuum leak to a throttle positioning sensor, idle speed solenoid. Have it scanned & get the live readings.

How to disable A fuel pump inertia switch (fuel cut off switch)

It's a simple on-off switch, and being an inertia switch no outside controls for it, so I would think you could just cut it out and splice the pump wires together. Do a good splice with solder.
Yours is obviously malfunctioning. Replace it or do away with it. Fords are the only vehicles with this safety feature, as far as I know.

Cuts off when driving

Starting at the beginning of your story, you listed both the V6 and V8 engines. Either way, they are both carb models so no fuel injection and no electric fuel pump.
There is a pickup coil and a spark module inside the distributor that could be the problem, as well as the coil and other components.
It will be very tough to troubleshoot if it always starts back up.
It the problem was the key switch you would loose warning lights on the dash too.
