I would initially check your brakes to make sure that you're not locked up on one or more disqualifying that you mentioned it's a four-wheel drive make sure your transfer case hasn't messed up and did a partial locker a partial engagement
Make sure that one of the brakes have not locked up not causing it not to move.

With any 4WD like this, always move a few feet in the opposite direction when disengaging. If you were moving fwd in 4wd, switch to 2wd, back up a few feet, then go fwd.

First, make sure that your battery is not being overcharged. max voltage running should be about 13.9V. The first code you listed is for the evaporative system test pump. second is for O2sensor malfunction. I'd look for the first problem first and after that is taken care of re-test and see if O2 sensor code remains. Once your codes are identified, you need to test individual components using a decent manual for guidance and a digital multimeter for testing.
