Help with fuel pump location 1982 holiday rambler. No fuel to carb, no fuel in fuel lines.. Pump not running. No manual pump in engine block.

    It is a 1982 holiday rambler motorhome. Can not locate the fuel pump. Sat for 2 years. Now no fuel to carb. No fuel in fuel lines. No fuel pump on engine block (manual) pump. Hoping to find the location of fuel pump on the motorhome, and get it repaired myself..

It is in the tank. You need to drop tank and test voltage of wires going to pump to see if it is in fact the pump. Clean the tank if you replace pump. Look at the pump on Autozone.com

Chase the fuel line back u will find the pump to old to b in the tank so must b by the tank

Wheres the fuel pump located in my 1982 460 ford holiday rambler motorhome????
One of them is on the front lower side of the engine block just aft of the timing chain cover. (this is the mechanecal pump). The other pump is electric and is located just in front of the gas tank and is near a fuel filter. There is probably a fuel pressure regulator located just behind the passenger side front wheel as well.

Where are the fuel pumps on a 1982 ford f150
Well a 1982 model should have a carb, so there should be a mechanical fuel pump on the side of the block near the front.
Just follow the fuel line from the carb.
1985 was the first year for fuel injection on the 302 engine.

1979 holiday rv chevy 454 no fuel to carb i replaced fuel pump filters fill carb with gas engin runs then no fuel to carb
if it has been sitting for a long time you may have to dis-connect the fuel lines at both the tank and the pump and blow air through to see if there is a blockage in the line. if that is clear then make sure all fuel hose's are in good condition and not collapsing from old age. if those are in good condition then there is a problem in the tank and it will have to be removed for inspection....

Econoline fuel problem, One tank works better than the other
i would put a fuel gauge on it and check to see if it good or not, your frame pump is what give the engine exactly what it needs. The tank pump only provides fuel to the frame pump. So if the tank supply pump was not working, you would not have any fuel.

Bad fuel pump on 1982 volvo 244 diesel
It could be a blocked pickup in the tank but is more likely a dead fuel pump. Pickuo is located in top of tank and is accesed through the boot(trunk) floor.
Fuel pump is under the right hand rear corner of the car and is mounted on an insulated plate with the accumulator.
