2000 Jag S-Type, the lights keep blinking - Please Help

if no fault codes try re-program (re-load) the ABS unit configuration and the DSC light will operate normally. you probably need to take it to a jag dealership though.

Cause it,s Been Turned on Other then That Drive it it works Don,t Play With It

the problem you have is caused by the pats anti theft system is not recognising your key it may be the transponder or you may need a new key and get it programmed by a jag dealer or someone with the needed gear to do it with best advise take it to a jag dealer

Brake light comes on auto each time you start the car (saftey check) and will go off when you press brake pedal.

Blinking arrow will stop when you click seat belt together (driver)

turn ign off press key in towards drive stem and turn anti clock (5degs)and pull out

Put in key hold in mileage reset button and turn key to on (dont start the car )the last click before starting (and keep finger on miles reset button till flashing stops
then turn off ,this resets all service lights,

I had an S-Type too, I found this blinking when battery charge was low. So my opinion is something wrong with charging, you have to check battery contacts, measure battery voltage and check alternator. A possible case, contact problem at ECU. THe ECU under the house of pollen filter at engine end. You need some car mechanic ambition to remove the house of pollen filter and to clean ECU connectors with contact cleaner spray.
Of course this is just my experience, no guarantee, this works at you.

lost my signal lights..then today everything in dashboard blinking even headlights and taillights blinking...plz help

The air bag computer will have to be scanned and the code read to know what the fault the computer detects. The problem will have to be repaired for the light to shut off. Keep in mind, when the air bag light is illuminated the air bag system is deactivated. Meaning, in the event of a collision the bags won't deploy.

I the light is blinking under strain then it sounds to me that the alternator is not producing enough voltage to feed the power to keep the battery fully charged

One possibility is that the light in not firmly seated in its socket inside the stereo. If you find that the blinking is worse when driving over bumpy surfaces this will help confirm that the issue is related to an intermittent electrical connection.
