2002 yukon denali reduced engine power

could be partially plugged catlyletic converter it will only get worse .could be the egr valve and or the map sensor three things a shop would have to check for you .

89 chevy s10 misfires and sputters when i give it gas, dies when i stop. Sometimes it runs fine, but recently it's just been bad. When i rev the engine it can stabilize the idle, but usually die

check fuel pump pressure- fuel filter --air filter --egr valve if carboned up clean or replace and cat converter feel the exhaust if feels restricted may be clogging up

My car starts and then sputters and die

When temprature is below zero like minus 10 thruck starts but sputters and stall retry starts sputters a bit then goes up to idle where it should be.When exstreamly cold have to touch gas peddal just a bit...

Question is the check engine light working when you start up?

sounds like the reason it starts and idles fine at start up is your choke is functioning... as your vehicle warms up.. the choke starts to kick off... Inspect your throttle body and idle control motor.

You need to rebuild the carburetor or clean the choke linkage and make sure the choke valve closes cold.
