2 x oxygen sensors --one after each cat converter
there are also 2 x heated oxygen sensors ( different operation and reporting system) that are before the cat converters or in the exhaust manifolds run the fault codes to find the faulty sensor and it probably isn't either o2 or ho2 sensors
If you drove anwhere but straight home or back to where it was repaired, you most likely will ruin it,with no hope of a somewhat easier fix, than pulling it out again.
Charging the battery is pretty straightforward. Connect it like yo said. If the battery is no good, it will not accept the charge, no matter how long you leave the charger on it.
i own a 2003 vue. it happened to me and finally the tranny went. it was a sealed transmission(cvt)do you have a dipstick to check your transmission fluid.if you dont, get saturn to look at it.a new one is 6000.00.Just hope you have a warranty.
i am a saturn tech and ive never heard of this concern, the columns do go bad but they just set a ses light and cut out power, the column could be bad,it could also be the intermediate shaft u joint binding,,,i rec take to dealer, could be serious
There is a fault somewhere on the vehicle which has triggered the engine management system to limit engine power to minimize damage. If you have breakdown cover and live in the Uk then call them. You need a computerised diagnosis of the engine. If you live locally then mail me at [email protected] and I will assist you further.
Sounds like you could have a vaccuum leak. you could spray carb cleaner around your lines and see if the engine's rpm increases or starts running like ****. That would be an easy test to indicate leak or not.
