replace the flashers,they are little round things in the fuse box

Most fuel filters are now in the fuel tank with the pump. If I knew the year, make and model, I could tell you for sure.

One should be on the fuse box under the instrument cluster, and the other is in the wiring harness behind the radio.

have you checked all your fuses? if not a blown fuse, possibly a relay?!?!
If neither of those then faulty wiring!

Fuses don't have #'s, they come in amperage ratings.
On the fuse box, or under side of cover, it should have the abbreviation (crtsy) lights, or simular. It shouldn't be anymore than a 10 to 20 amp fuse. The amperage is marked on the fuse.

behind the radio, take the radio and the cover that goes over it. it should be there next to the hazard ligths flasher.

you will need a new bell housing and i would change the radiator

flasher located at bottom of fuse box its round bout the size of a pop bottle lid,hazard flasher located at top
