My daughters Dodge Journey volume control raises the volume on it's own, why? 2015

If it raises the volume as it accelerates and lowers the volume as it decelerates this is normal. This is a function that can be turned on and off as well as adjusted to suitability. Go into Menue and look for audio settings.
This setting is also known as the SSVC or Sound Sensitive Volume Controle. https://www.wheatonhonda.com/what-is-speed-sensitive-volume-control

Where are fuses for cruise control

If cruise control main light comes on but you cannot set a speed (no set), you could have a bad brake pedal switch.
(If the cruise control light comes on, chances are that it is NOT a fuse issue).
Some vehicles have two switches (one for brake lights and one for cruise control cancel) and others have a multifunctional, single switch.
The function to cancel cruise control is very sensitive so it only takes a small movement of the pedal to cancel cruise control.
You can try lifting on the brake pedal while trying to set the cruise, but this does not alway work. Replace switches are pretty cheap (less than $30) and pretty easy and quick to replace.

2005 Suzuki Forenza warning light: Right side of dash, looks like a steering wheel with exclamation point to the right of it....Power steering seems fine and fluid is full. What is this?.....Thank you!

Speed Sensitive Power Steering

(SSPS) Warning Light

Your vehicle is equipped with Speed Sensitive Power Steering (SSPS).

This is a computer-controlled power steering assist system.

The warning light you are describing will come on briefly when you turn the ignition to ON as a check to show you the bulb is working.

Then it should go out after a few seconds. If the warning light does not come on, have it fixed so it will be able to warn you if there is a problem.

If the warning light stays on, or comes on while you are driving, the SSPS system may not be working.
Your computer will need to be scanned to determine what the problem is with your SSPS system.

I haver\ a light on dashboard that looks like a steering wheel with a ! what does it mean

It's your speed sensitive power steering light. Your speed sensitive power steering makes your wheel harder to turn when you're going fast and easier to turn when you are going slow. I have a 2005 Forenza and mine keeps coming on and off but I can't figure out why yet. Hope it helps!

Power steering works hard at low speeds parking etc put then seems ok when you get going maybe rack and pinion

The VOLVO 740 does not have speed sensitive power steering, so is a little harder to turn when going slow.but is very light when doing over 100mph.
