You will have to check ABS codes to determine what the problem is.

2005 chevy uplander ABS control module wire harness where is it located, what does it look like? if damaged will it prevent vehicle from starting

This will not prevent the car from starting - will cause ABS light, traction control light (if equipped) and maybe weird low speed braking. Usually the fault of the lights is a bad wheel bearing/hub very common.

The EBCM (Electronic Brake Control Module) is mounted to the BPMV (Brake Pressure Modulator Valve) located at the left front (lower) engine compartment.

It looks like a (thick) flat black box.

Abs codes c0040 and c0041 front wheel speed control sensor and circuit

Will be located near the wheel hub. As long as there is no physical damage I would guess you will be replacing the sensor

I installed a front wheel bearing kit in my 2003 GMC now the ABS WARNING SIGNAL COMES ON AND STAYS ON

Double check to make sure the abs harness from the new wheel bearing is plugged in. If it is unplug it and make sure the pins in the other connector are not bent. To very common problems that are quick to check out.

Service abs system light comes on all the time. both front wheel bearings have been replaced, abs light stays on.

i had the same problem with my 2005 chevy uplander. the ABS lights kept coming on. The fix for me was... I had a damaged and old battery(the original battery). If your still under warranty or not I would suggest you check this out by using a new battery to see if this is your solution.

LEFT FRONT WHEEL BEARING IS MAKING A REAL LOUD NOISE AND THE abs LIGHT IS ON. what COULD IT BE?

Well, start by repairing the obvious issue. ABS sensors are located in the same area, so when the bearing fails, metal filings go everywhere and mess up ABS sensing...

2005 impala ls the abs light and the traction control light comes

You'll need to have the codes read from the computer. You will have a code that indicates one of the front wheel sensors is bad. This could be the case, but they are very expensive as they are built into the wheel bearing assemblies. It is more likely that the wiring harness between the frame and the part of the front spindle that holds the harness, has broken internally. It is a very common problem and can be repaired with a new wiring harness section or by tracking down the fault and repairing it.

There is a humming noise coming from the front passenger wheel - would it be wheel bearings? I jacked up the van and pushed on the wheel and it didn't seem to give or wobble - what do you think?

does noise seem to increase as speed increases if so most likely is the hub bearing it,s a seal bearing and hub flange assembly good thing is you won,t have to press any bearings in and out but you will have to dig deep in the pocket it generally comes all together and with abs sensor it can be removed after removing brake caliper, pads ,caliper mount and rotor tehn remove nut at end of axle if you look on back side of the spindle you will see three or four bolts remove them and hub assembly should come off install in reverse order, remember to disconnect abs sensor on old and reconnect new

2005 impala

All the hubs on the car have the abs sensor built into the hub. The abs system has to be re set to read the sensor . The rear hub bearing if noisy should be replaced. There are wiring harnesses that connect to the abs sensor. The harnesses to each of the abs sensor should be replaced.

2007 Chevrolet Uplander LT ABS and TC light on

We were having this problem...have your wheel bearing checked out. There was a sensor in the drivers side wheel bearing...once we replaced it (because it was going out) the ABS and Traction Control warning lights stopped coming on.
