You need to send it to someone who specializes in this . There are many . The computer will need to be reflashed as well and they will thin down the harness to your application

Sounds like you have major engine trouble - the first step is to take a compression test - if you have low compression in any cylinder that is the cause of the missing and you will need to disassemble the engine - chances are you have broken rings, since there is oil in the exhaust - hope this helps - good luck :O)

I agree with the timing. Your timing is way advanced causing pre-detonation and throwing your flame front and/ or unburnt fuel out through your valves and into your intake manifold. If you have gone off-roading a lot or someone has been beating on your engine or engine compartment while the engine is running your knock sensor will advance your timing to try and fix that. I agree that you should get that thing on a scanner ASAP but I can almost guarantee that you need a timing job and possibly a new knock sensor.

i would first check the timing and if that does not fit i would take the cover back off and look at the belt for a bad or missing tooth
