All three power outlets in my car have gone out and the fuses keep blowing. After changing fuses one of them will work, but only for a short while and then the fuse blows again. The other two are not working at all. We have a new battery that has been replaced since the problem started.
SOURCE: Tail lights and dash lights not working, keep blowing fuse.
you have a wire or a light socket grounding out ck were your lights go into the sockets has the car been wrecked any were near the lights if it has thats were you start if not start with your light sockets
SOURCE: I first noticed that my power outlets did not work.
Does it blow if you plug in something different. The thing you plugged in might be shorted.
SOURCE: horn fuse keeps blowing out
Check the wiring around the horn and make sure nothing is touching metal...look under the hood at the horn and make sure everything is pluged in and there is no water on any plugs or wiring...Make sure the fuse is the correct number (ex: 10, 20, 25) If it is still blowing out the fuse then you after you do some checking then it is a short in some wires

I am not sure about "fusible link", But the suggeation I can give you is to open dash or where the outlet is located and check the wires in the back of outlet with a light tester.
