I have 2003 Eclipse GS and My dome light my stereo stopped working, now my headlights and turn signals quit working and the wipers only work on fast and the washer quit working. I was wondering what would cause these problems
Have you been under the dash or hood recently?
If the fuses are all OK it sounds like a multi pin plug/socket is partly displaced, maybe on the back of the fusebox?
The fusebox cover tells you which one does what.

There is a relay for your turn signals at the fuse block in the engine compartment,the wipers are on another circuit, if all the other wiper positions work,you got a bad switch

your post is 5 months old, i bet by now you have taken it in and got it fixed or at least found out what the fault goes to.
so here is what you do the next time that light comes on ,even if it goes out the next time you drive. you have a code stored in your memory! go to an auto parts store like advanced auto or auto zone etc etc they will check your code for free.ask them for a print out of the code and they meaning .write it down if you have to ,sometimes there are more then one code.
then with that ,you can try to post and see if you get a faster response. example p0103 mass air flow low voltage. this is how todays industrey diagnoses your problem and goes right to the trouble part.happiness is no check engine light

Sounds like the bulbs have burned out, you will probably have to replace them. Most auto parts stores can point you at the right bulb for your car, and some can even show you how to replace it.
