Jack it up and spin the wheel, watch it to see if it is out of round, if there might be a bubble in the tire anywhere, (cords break inside the tire), or if the rim is bent. Use chalk as it spins to locate slight flaws. Compare wheel to tire while spinning. Check to see if the wheel is loose either at the hub, axle or lug nuts. Make sure your A frame or tie rods are not damaged. Use pry bars to see if everything is tight. Put a spare wheel on and see if it spins true and straight. If your wobble is only when braking it is probably a un-evenly worn brake rotor. Always chock (block) your wheels and apply emergency brake while jacking up a car. Take your time and be safe. Do not get distracted if you are running a jacked up car. Apply brake before moving shifter back to park to stop spinning wheel.

SOURCE: Hit a curb 1999 Ford Taurus SE 16" wheels steering problem

An aligmnment check will only get u an answer on what the problem is, if anything is bent/damaged, they can not align the front end with damaged parts, don't drive this car until u find out what is wrong.

SOURCE: hydro planed and rear wheel hit curb, bent in 45 degrees

on rear wheel drive the hub and bearing assembly is connected to an axle.the axle will have to be replaced more than likely.in a front wheel drive with independent rear suspension,an upper and or lower control arm and hub.either way is expensive and your insurance deductible will be alot cheaper than the 2500 to 3000 dollars it will take to repair it.

SOURCE: vibrating steering wheel when the speed is above 70 mph

The wheel having been rotated to the rear of the car would eliminate it as the problem. I believe you may have 'tweeked' something when you hit the curb. Have a front end alignment. This would reveal if anything was damaged when the curb was hit, and it might just be in need of an adjustment to solve the problem. If a component was damaged, the tech should know when doing the alignment. Let me know how you make out.

Hit right side wheel onto curb at about 10km per hour steering feels slightly wobbly at about 25 km per hour , what is the most likely cause for the steering to feel unusual after hitting the curb

More then likely and cheapest way first is that it is a wheel balance this is done with small weights on the out side of the wheel on the rim, there sometimes are more than one per wheel they are rather small you could have nocked one off.
Take it to a tyre place ask to check the wheel balance on that wheel that hit the gutter.
Ask them if it was out it does not take much to cause the wheel to wobble

Wheels wobble while driving, can feel it in steering wheel.

If you are lucky, you only bent a wheel. Repair or replacement of the bent rim will correct this issue. Unfortunately, you may have hit hard enough to bend the lower control arm or possibly a tie rod. In some cases the bending may be visible to the naked eye. However, in most cases only a service center, using an alignment rack, will be able to determine the damaged component(s).

Has a slight wobble at low speed?

you need to jack it up and spin 1 tire at a time, use a run out guage on the tires and wheels.a high speed 60 to 65 mph is from wheel balance. low speed is a bent wheel or a bad tire. belt separation
