It supplies the EFI Main relay, which in turn powers the fuel pump, ignition switch, and starter relay. In addition it powers the ECM computer, so that if you wish to clear a trouble code from there, you pull the EFI fuse for 30 sec. See here p177 http://www.turboninjas.com/camry/eg1.pdf good luck

Which fuse under the hood of a 1989 Toyota Camry, controls the fuel pump

OK...for years the relay for the fuel pump on a Toyota is called the "Circuit Opening Relay" This relay is controlled by another relay...the EFI Relay. Both of these relays are fused. A 10amp Ignition fuse. A 10amp EFI fuse #3. A 10amp EFI #2 Fuse. Where are these fuses and relays? Start by checking under the Hood.

88 toyota pick up v6 keeps blowing efi fuse

you may have a short of some kind, when a fuse blows repeatedly it is no good just replacing, you are being told that something is wrong with the equipment.
You will almost certainly have to visit a technician for a diagnosis. It is unlikely to be something that an inexperienced end user can sort out I am afraid.

GOOD LUCK

15amp efi fuse blows

It is not related to car being cool down , I think you are having ignition switch on . The EFI fuse goes directly to the contact switchin the EFI relay. Maybe try removing the EFI relay, turn the ignition to ON, and see if the fuse blows.
Doing this, the car won't start, but it might give you a clue as to where the short circuit is located. ... Check the fuse/relay box next to the driver side fender in the engine compartment.

Why does my efi fuse keeps popping 1999 chevy prizm

Pull the EFI relay, replace the fuse, and see if it blows when you turn the key on. If it does not turn the key off, reinstall the EFI relay and remove the circuit opening relay/fuel pump relay. Turn the key on. If the fuse blows than we know the problem is One of the O2 sensors, the IAC, the purge solenoid, or the ECM You can unplug the O2 sensors, iac, and purge solenoid. Replace the fuse, turn the key on, and plug them in one at a time until the fuse blows. Replace that component. If the fuse blows with those unplugged than its probaly the wiring and possibly the ECM. let me know what you find and I'll help you more if needed.

you have to check for a burnt fuse , maybe an ignition, fuel pump fuse, hear the pump starting, checkfor pressure at the fuel rail, if ok, check for spark going to the spark plugs if there is not it can be a faulty crank sensor

Unsure if promblem is fixed. Blowing efi fuse.

The most common reason for the EFI fuse to blow is the wiring is rubbed through somewhere in the engine wiring harness, this fuse supplies power to many EFI parts on the engine, always look for shorts where the most movement is, the engine is that place, most likely the next time you go down a really rough road the short may occure again, carry a few fuses just to be safe.
