Security system indicator light stays on even when my car starts and there is no power steering

The power steering system needs to be scanned for fault codes like steering angle sensor and other sensors in the system.

Sounds like the anti theft system is active m try this process. Turn the key on. Do not attempt to start. Wait 10 minutes. Turn key off. Turn key on. Wit for theft light to go off. Now attempt to start.

Check the drive belt to the power steering pump and the level of fluid in the power steering reservoir.

The security light has one job, it warns you that there is a "break" or "miscommunication" in your antitheft system. This is why the Jimmy keeps stalling. The antitheft system cuts the power to the injectors (It's thinking it is protecting itself from theft) and the vehicles stalls in 5 seconds or less after starting.
