Trying to find the fuel filter in a 2006 Hyundai Accent

rubbish fuel filters are located either on the firewall or under the car by the rear wheel

2001 Hyundai Accent 1.6L MFI DOHC 4cyl the Fuel Filter is located under vehicle, center, below cargo area, mountedon top of fuel tank, in fuel pump module.

pump is in the fuel tank, trace fuel line under car to the fuel filter, it may have a rock sheild bolted over it

The fuel filter for a 2000 hyundai Accent is under the back seat. You just lift the seat with the tabs and under the seat is a little door. you just lift it up and the fuel filter is right there.

It's the same location for Hyundai 2006 (new model - berline), 2007,2008,2009 and even 2010.

The fuel filter on a 2005 Hyundai Accent depending on where it was manufactured and when, is possibly external and on the outside of the fuel tank directly above the fuel pump and accessible by removing the back seat. Or it is actually inside the fuel tank and requires removing the back seat, the metal panel, the fuel pump itself and then accessing the filter. Your vin. no. can determine which model you have and of course how much work you'll have to do

Fuel filter is under back seat. Remove back seat and there is an access panel in the floor. The fuel pump is also visable.

It is inside the fuel tank attached to the bottom of the fuel pump.
