It lives under the right headlamp assembly. You can remove the front fascia and headlamp bracket to gain access, or you can just remove the right headlamp and use a hole saw to drill a hole in the bracket assembly. It is made of a hard plastic material and the relay is bolted to the fender area underneath.

If you are refering to the cooling fan relay, it is under the right(passenger side) headlight mount. You have to loosen the front bumper facia, grill and black plastic mounting frame-work. 15 screws to be removed, including torx, phillips, 7mm, 8mm, and one 10mm. carefully pry the assembly forward an you will see it screwed to the bottom of the inner fender well. The headlight bucket pops out of the black frame work but it takes some carefull prying. I drilled a 1/2" hole in the black plastic frame work and dropped along extention with an 8mm socket on the end through the hole to get to the bottom screw. Napa sells the relay for a little over $50.
