Mate your car runs rough ok, To find the faulty coil just pull a spark plug lead off and start your car, If it runs (ROUGHER) than before then that coil is ok. Turn the car off and replace that spark plug lead on the spark plug. Repeat with the next spark plug lead and so on until you start your car and it runs the same as if THAT spark plug lead is on or off, THAT'S THE FAULTY COIL.... I hope I haven't wasted your time.....
Replace the distributor cap and rotor. If you have fire from the coil but not from the distributor cap, you have a bad contact point between the cap and rotor. Replace both and you should be good to go,, if the information that you have supplied is correct.
No spark. This is indication of faulty spark plugs. But spark plugs get power to spark from coil pack. So get the connection between coil pack to spark plugs checked. If it checked out ok then its faulty spark plugs that has to be replaced, but if coil pack has no power then its faulty coil pack that has to be replaced. But if coil pack and spark plugs both checked out ok then this problem is fuel related problem. In this case the fuel pressure needs to be checked. The fuel pressure can be easily checked at any local car garage. If its low then its faulty fuel pump as well as clogged fuel filter, which has to be replaced.
The voltage for spark plugs and coil pack in voltmeter will show 12 volts. Its a 12 volt part.If there is no or low volt then there is problem with the part.

check step by step to find the problem. You mean the spark plug has no spark, ok, remove the spark plug no.1 into a cable and try to spark between spark plug and the cable, and if no spark, remove the spark plug cable from the ignition coil, and spark between the cable and the ignition coil, if there's no spark, replace your ignition coil, because probably is dead. ok
If there is no spark, either no electrical at the primary coil or the coil is not working. if you already measure primary/ secondary resistance to confirm it is OK. Here is to test it - making electric pulsed signal at the primary terminals to see it spark at the secondary terminal. You want to confirm everything works from the coil, so you can
find out what causing the coil is not working. Here are what to check the coil before a replacement:: 1- Disconnect the Positive cable on the battery. 2- Hook a spark plug directly to the coil wire ( the one coming to the center of distribution cap) 3- Find a long double wire so you can connect from the terminals of the primary coil to the battery. 4- Connect each wire end to the terminal of the primary coil. It doesn't matter which polarity. 5- Connect 1 wire to the chasis ground. 6- Hold the other wire and quickly swipe it over the positive terminal of the battery. Reapeat it until are sure that you get spark or not. 7- You should see or hear a spark. If this is the case your coil is good. If itis not, your coil is bad and it need a replacement. Problem is solved. 4-
If the coil is good, the problem would be from the Primary of the coil
back to the ignition key: No electrical signal to turn on the coil.
1. Disconnect high-tension code from spark plug.
2. Remove the spark plug.
3. Connect the spark plug to a high tension code.
4. Hold the spark plug with insulated pliers 5~10mm from a ground.
5. Crank the engine and verify that there is a strong blue spark.
If there is no spark, inspect the following points.
Step Inspection Action
1 Check for good connection of ignition coil Yes Go to next stop.
No Repair or replace
2 Check if resistance of high-tension leads are OK Yes Go to next step.
No Replace
3 Check if the ignition coil is electrically charged
1) Ignition switch "ON"
2) Check if the engine coil (+) is electrically charged
Yes Go to next step
No Check the wire harness between ignition switch ignition coil and ECM
4 Check if resistance of ignition coil is OK
Resistance
Primary : 0.36~0.44Ω (at 68°F (20°C))
Secondary : 10.9~13.3kΩ (at 68°F (20°C)) Yes Go to next step
No Replace
5 Check if ECM is OK Yes
No Replace
REMOVAL
Do not attempt any maintenance on spark plug if engine is hot.
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
2. Carefully remove high-tension leads.
3. Use compressed air to blow any dirt or debris from around spark plug hole.
4. Check that spark plug fits squarely in spark plug socket and remove spark plug.
Raise a vehicle and install SST(OK552 131 001) in order to replace cylinder 2, 4, 6 spark plug.
