2001 audi tt 180 quit running while driving and wont start. all power works. just wont turn over.
Timing belt might have broke. Same thing happened to mine. Going to cost ALOT of money to fix.
Car won't do anything if timing belt breaks, not even turn over, power also dies. And the kit costs $180 and the job takes about a weekend. Don't tell people things you know nothing about.

The car has no torque, even when high revs. When the aircon runs, the car looses even more power.
For those reading this later. Open your hood, look on the left side of your engine, just beyond the coilpacks. You will see a black plastic cover. Pop that off, that is your timing belt. Make sure the belt is on and tight. Next, check your serpentine belt. If car won't turn over, it's one of these two things.
