SERVICE ENGINE SOON Indicator
The SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator receives its signal from the PCM over the SCP network. If the instrument cluster does not receive a message from the PCM within 5 seconds, the instrument cluster illuminates the SERVICE ENGINE SOON indicator and log a diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
The blub is probably burnt out , pull the instrument cluster an replace the blub .
Possible causes
- Faulty Brake Switch
- Brake Switch harness is open or shorted
- Brake Switch circuit poor electrical connection What does this mean? When is the code detected?
The P0573 codes is set when the stop light switch signal is too high.
Possible symptoms

P0573 Description
When the brake pedal is depressed, the stop light switch sends a signal to the Engine Control Module (ECM). When the ECM receives this signal, it cancels the cruise control.
Error Code: P0154 Description:
Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) 1 , Bank 2 - No Activity Detected Problem areas:
- Wiring.
- Open circuit in signal wire, between Heated Oxygen sensor 1, Bank 2 and ECM. (Must check and confirm)

Thats just like a check engine light. Take it to autozone and ask them to check for trouble codes. They do it for free. that will give you some idea what is going on, but if they try to sell you anything, don't buy anything until you get a second trustworthy opinion.
you have to have it checked some how. it might be an OBD 1 adapter. the dealer is the best way to go, but if you go that way their going to want you to fix every little thing that is wrong with the car. dont let them talk you into it. fix only what you want to. i would only fix what the light is telling me to fix.
