Question about 2005 Hyundai Accent
I noticed the click/flick noise first, then open hood and could see a spark near the belt area. (Belts changed in January '09) Spark also visible while kneeling and looking through right passenger wheel well. So I had a non-dealership garage troubleshoot and change spark plugs. 1 week later, spark/noise is back, now the check engine light is on.
Check/change bad plug wire, if spark jumping from spark plug wire, must be defective.
