A 2006 does not have points. Probably your ignition coil and I believe (not positive) that Nissan has two of them. Pull one of your spark plugs but leave it hooked up to the plug wire and hold it close to a metal bolt or the engine block (1/8 inch) and then get someone to turn over the engine for 5 or 6 seconds. You should see the plug send a spark to the metal . Make sure you hold the plug with a dry, clean rag so you don't get zapped. If no spark that's probably a faulty ignition coil.

Check for spark to the spark plugs during the no start period. If you do not have spark the crank sensor in the distributor is a common failure in these.

2008 Nissan Champ 1400 is jerking and cuts off when I accelerate to 50 kph. After it cut off it take time to start again.

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to Nissan.

There is some ideas in the link, but you need to find someone in South Africa that has a scan tool computer. Dirty injector from bad fuel is the most likely. Check the spark plugs as well.

How do I set tappets on Nissan 1400

With a special tool called a feeler gauge remove the valve covers and one by one bring the cylinders up to top dead center (both valves are fully closed at this point) adjust to factory spec. All adjustments are done cold. If engine is very high miles reduce the clearances in specs by slight amount (.002") to the tight side to account for wear in the valve train parts.
