Honestly you should search google. It is right there. the inner hub nut must be torqued to 59 Nm rotate the hub three times in each direction and then loosen the inner hub nut until it can be turned by hand, then again tighten the inner hub nut to 25 Nm. the lockwasher against the inner hub nut, it only goes in one way, it has a small inner tab that locates with the key way of the hub, this is between the threads. Once the lock washer is in the correct position, you can now install the outer hub nut, this outer nut must be torqued to 47 Nm, once you have tightened this outer nut, please once again check that the starting effort is correct.

it depends on the size of the screws. i recommend to set torque as 100lbs for new bolts, 90 for old bolts
