Does the parking brake on 2014 Lexus ls460 release when shifted to drive

Question edited for clarity.

Information here on diagnosing which sensor is bad. Sometimes it is as simple as a dirty or bad connection.

You say 'several warning light'. You need to know what they all are. Don't you have the handbook that came with the car. They are in a nice leather wallet with a magnetic catch. I have an ES330.

Your abs module or sensor might be malfunctioning, check all the abs sensors and the module itself.

Some automatic vehicles rely on the brake switch (mounted on brake pedal) to be activated by depressing brake pedal. This signal then operates a relay and switch, to release the gear lever.

Firstly, I would check the brake pedal switch (are your brake lights working?).

If brake switch is confirmed OK, then inspect the relay (and related circuit components) of the gear release switch.

Make sure the brake lights work, the system has a park lock and unless the brake lights work the park lock is not energized and will not release the shifter.

check your brake light switch for proper adjustment as wel as the electrical connection at the switch also check your fuses and make sure your brake lights are working

That is typically indicative of a fuel pump issue. It isn't necessarily the fuel pump itself, but the way it is positioned in the tank when low on fuel can keep it from getting fuel.
If you fill the tank and find however that the problem still exists then the other cause is related to parking.
Your Buick has a safety mechanism that will not allow it to be started if not fully parked, called the Brake Transmission Shift Interlock. Not only does this solenoid controlled component not allow you to shift out of park without applying the brake, you also will not be able to start it if this mechanism is faulty, or something in the gear select linkage prevents the shift selector from properly engaging the parked position. When on a hill and you shift into park, the vehicle weight is rolled against a component of this system, preventing it from properly "registering" the parked gear select position.
What you can do the next time you need to park on a hill is with your brake applied and the gear select in Drive, apply the emergency brake and hold it down, THEN shift into park. Then release your feet from the brakes. This should help.

After I asked shop to check my 2002 LEXUS ES300, trunk release switch is not working. The shop owner said, he did not touch there, only check passenger side air bag. I checked in glove box, but switch is push in (turn on). Now, it only works with the key and remote. How can I fix this?

do the brake lights work? if not, suspect brake switch or the fuse as this switch also controls a solenoid that releases when foot brake applied.
