Do not know of a "Window Relay" for a 2-door M3 convertible. But there is a "Window motor to regulator" in the door itself.
However, there are two 30 amp fuses (#14 and #19) located in the plastic front power distribution box located in the left-hand rear corner (nearest the driver) of the engine compartment that I would check to see if this is your problem before digging down into door interior disassembly. The numbers are marked look under box cover.

Inspect the door seals. Make sure they make proper contact with the window/door. Also check that they are intact and not broken or out of place. Sometimes they get a bit worn and porous and let some water in. Other times it's just a matter of pushing it back into place.

This means that the switch that is responsible for sensing when your door opens and closes is acting up or your RH door is not closed all the way.

Brake fluid for bmw m3 1998

I use ATE Super Blue Racing (Blue) and then alternate with ATE Typ 200 (Gold) made by ATE in Germany. It is DOT 4. A 1 liter can with a pressure bleeder can do the 98 M3 (although I always have an extra can around just in case). The advantage of alternating the blue and gold is in the ease of seeing when that brake line has been cleared of the previous color. I start at the furthest point from the master cylinder in this order, pass rear, driver rear, pass front, and then driver front. You can get at TurnerMotor Sport or Bavarian Auto as well as many other places.

Were is the fuel pump relay module located on a e46 m3 convertible It's #6912019

Assuming your profile car is the correct one, on a bracket near the left front strut tower inside the engine compartment. It is typically black in color, rectangular in shape, and larger than the square-shaped relays nearby. I have just found a great site that you might want to check out www.e46fanatics.com

My horn is not working on my 1994 bmw m3, i have looked under the bonet but i cant find the horn, any ideas where is is ?

hi Colin I had the problem on my 95 M3 Convertible. The 2 horns are located at the front behind the kidney shaped grills. First off check the fuse if its ok then,
Unplug the electrical conector and press the horn on the steering wheel. If you hear a click from the relay thats great, if it still don't work they are useless and need to be replaced. You will need 2 aftermarket ones high and low tone. It will be worth it checking the supply to the existing horns at some point, just connect the car horn to the battery via cable if the horn is ok it will sound. By doing these simple steps you should eliminate the fault. Cheers Hope this helps English John

M3 convertible horn

you will need some help , but unplug the horn and then depress the horn inside the car and you will be hable to hear a clicking noise, either inside the car or in the engine comparment, have some one locate the noise while you keep depresing the horn on and of to get it ti click on/off
and other thing there is many cars with only one horn make sure to try contacting the dealer and ask for service department and ask for it, you should be hable to do it by phone using yellow pages, or getting the phone number at by calling 411

also when you locate the clicking noise thats the horn relay
i will apreciate the feedback thank you
