I'm assuming your rv has a common style hydraulic steering system. the following procedure should work
turn the steering wheel all the way to the right then left or left then right several times.
Top off steering fluid.
repeat until the level is full and doesn't drop anymore.

Chilton or Haynes make pretty good manuals and usually have a pretty comprehensive section with wiring diagrams. Not sure if either one of these companies have ever made a manual for your vehicle. Fuel-Saver.org has a selection of free wiring diagrams, again not sure if they have one for your particular vehicle. Hope this helps.
