Most likely a bad body ground or a alternator going bad. easy to check out put of alternator with a simple volt meter. if 13 volts or a bit higher you are charging. is the truck idle staying even or is it dropping? a very low idle below say 400 may cause the condition too.

I ran out of gas and put some back in now my car is making a buzzing sound and the lights are flicking when i try to start it

Sounds like you have flattened the battery, the buzzing sound is the starter solenoid tripping in and out due to low power so the lights start flicking, charge battery or boost start from another vehicle

Headlight problems

What is the make and model of your vehicle? You need a wiring schematic to troubleshoot. It's possible there is a fuseable link in the wire itself that is bad.

Check/change bad plug wire, if spark jumping from spark plug wire, must be defective.
